English - Sahih International : The example of those who were entrusted with the Torah and then did not take it on is like that of a donkey who carries volumes [of books] Wretched is the example of the people who deny the signs of Allah And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people• Sedangkan subjek yang dicelanya tidak disebutkan, lengkapnya, seburuk-buruk perumpamaan kaum yang mendustakan ayat-ayat Allah adalah perumpamaan ini Allah compared them — those who have the Tawrah with them but do not act according to its teachings — to a donkey carrying books which are nothing but a burden on his back without bringing him any benefit
The general meaning is that the people who were entrusted with the knowledge and practice of the Torah and with the responsibility of guiding the world according to it, neither understood this reapon:ibility nor discharged it as they should have 中国语文 - Ma Jian : 奉命遵守《讨拉特》而不遵守者，譬如驮经的驴子。

مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا التَّوْرَاةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا

And Allah does not guide the wrong-doers.
