I loved the focus on archaeology and the work that goes into discovering truths about the ancient past.

I am usually pleased by what I find in National Geographic's kids' books, and that was the case here	It made a nice complement to our more history-focused texts and really helped my daughter understand that there is still much to learn about ancient peoples
