They were expecting me to eat it with fork or spoon!!! Every 10 mins one of the waiters serve some thing belongs to othe customers

They served omlette after 20mins with cheese, altough we requested omlete with vegetables without cheese! The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority.

Here is what happened during my 2 nights as follows: 1- during check in with the receptionist, it took 30 min to get myroom keys and for processing because the receptionist told me your room is not ready and now am communicating with the room service to arrange for your room, even though I made my reservation 4 days ago!
