| We originally booked a standard room, however the staff upgraded our oom from a standard one to a very nice and spacious king suite | He also assisted us for our very last minutes red tour and airport transfer booking |

| Deniz was not honest with us, where he promised to provide sandwiches as a breakfast at the same day of our check out from hotel because our check out was 7 am however the breakfast was at 8 am | unfortunately, he can just offered us a can of air freshener which totally can't cover any of this disgusting smell, we can't change hotel cause it was really late |
We told the staff about the situation about room, and hope it have some solution after we back from dinner.
