01In this Part: "chief of the police service" means as follows: a in relation to the provincial police force, the commissioner; b in relation to a municipal police department, a chief constable; c in relation to a police force described in section 1 1 for different classes of officers and different police forces, designated policing units, designated law enforcement units or other law enforcement agencies, and b vary or cancel those standards
